After years of partnering with numerous professionals in career transition and in conjunction with her work at CenterStone Executive Search (www.centerstonesearch.com), Samia Kornweibel founded LifeLens Coaching to offer her customized services and undivided attention to a broader audience of leaders in transition.  Samia is dedicated to connecting with each client to discover their distinctive ‘LifeLens’ and create a customized, successful road map for their career progression.

Currently, Samia Kornweibel manages dual roles as President and CEO of LifeLens Coaching and as an Executive Recruiter with CenterStone Executive Search, a Seattle-based retained executive recruiting firm specializing in best-in-class C-suite and Board of Director placements within retail, restaurant and e-commerce companies nationwide.  Over the past 7 years, Samia has partnered with senior executives at the following companies to create a high touch, strategic process for attracting extraordinary leaders to:

Samia Kornweibel earned her credentials of Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through inviteCHANGE and is a member of the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org), the world renowned coaching organization providing ethical standards and rigorous educational opportunities for professional coaches.  Samia is also an active member of the Seattle, Washington chapter of the Puget Sound Coaching Association(www.pscacoaches.org).

A passionate leader within her community, Samia Kornweibel is a member of the Seattle chapter of Y.E.S. (Young Executives for Success), the fund-raising arm of Dress for Success (www.dressforsuccess.org), which offers professional attire and career development assistance to women in transition. Additionally, Samia is an active contributor to the Seattle area YWCA (www.ywcaworks.org), which provides assistance to empower and support women and families in transition.

Samia Kornweibel has also volunteered with Washington DECA as a state conference planner, competition judge and judge trainer, workshop leader and speaker.  DECA is a national non-profit organization that assists high school students with career development skills and prepares young leaders for careers in business and marketing.

Samia Kornweibel graduated with honors from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, specializing in German. Samia also studied abroad independently at both the Universitaet Salzburg in Salzburg, Austria and the Internationale Akademie fuer Philosophie in Gaflei, Liechtenstein to further her German language proficiencies, indulge in her love of travel, history and philosophy as well as to experience life from another culture’s LifeLens!
